GuestbookPlease feel free to leave any comments about the newly refurbished Royal Hotel. Dinner We enjoyed a wonderful meal here whilst my partner's parents stayed at the hotel in 2011. We are delighted to say we are now coming to stay the 1st week in August and will be classing our few day break as our "honeymoon" as we get married the Saturday prior to our arrival. Our four night stay was truly the highlite of our visit to Scotland. The food and accomodation was fantastic however it was the service & genuinly welcoming and friendly nature of Jenny and staff that made our experience unforgetable. GET YOURSELF BOOKED INTO THE ROYAL AND RELAX AND HAVE A GOOD TIME Posted by IAN THOMSON on 02 September 2011 Refurbishment We called into the Royal Hotel for a quick drink the other evening. What a delightful place. The dining room is light, modern and airy and the lounge area we had our drinks in was cosy, snug and warm with lovely comfy leather sofas and a roaring log/coal fire.
