Single:  From £70 B&B
Double/Twin:  From £110 B&B (based on two people  sharing)
Family Room:  From £115 B&B.  Children under 3 years are FREE. Children 4 and above £10 extra when sharing.

 

Following the popularity of our Superior room (Room 14) with it's amazing bath, we have upgraded another room to Superior status...

Room 1a  has just been refurbished and now features a romantic four-poster bed and beautiful antique furniture...

 

 

 

 

It benefits from an extra-large window so guests can make the most of the sea view and a recently-refurbished ensuite bathroom (which also has a sea view!) 

Lie in bed and watch the sun rise and set over the Cromarty Firth...

 

 

 

Room 14 is our other Superior room and has a king-size bed and recently refurbished bathroom. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have sea views and the bathroom features a massive free-standing double-ended bath. Hook the curtain back & enjoy the view of the Cromarty Firth & the glorious sunsets whilst you lie back and relax...

The Superior Room rate is from £135 per night.

All the above prices include a full Scottish breakfast.

Our check in time is 2pm and our departure time is  11am. We can offer flexibility with these times subject to advance notice.

All our bedrooms are Non Smoking and smoking is not permitted in any other part of the hotel.

All prices include VAT.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Credit Card details are required when booking. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the full cost of the accommodation being charged if we are unable to re-let the room.
