Food and Drink

Our Head Chef has a wealth of experience throughout the UK. Experience some of the finest home cooking to be found in the Highlands served in our  conservatory or lounge bar.

We look to source as much of our produce as possible locally. During the summer months, our speciality is seafood which we obtain daily from the boats which can be seen landing in front of the hotel.

Given sufficient notice we are always happy to oblige those with special dietary requirements. It would be helpful if you could advise any special dietary needs prior to your visit.

the balveni at the royal hotel, cromartyOur wine cellar is stocked with an excellent range of both new and old world wines at affordable prices.

Pre dinner drinks or after dinner coffee can be served to you in front of a roaring log fire in the comfortable surrounding of our sitting room.
