Food and Drink
Our Head Chef has a wealth of experience throughout the UK. Experience some of the finest home cooking to be found in the Highlands served in our conservatory or lounge bar.
We look to source as much of our produce as possible locally. During the summer months, our speciality is seafood which we obtain daily from the boats which can be seen landing in front of the hotel.
Given sufficient notice we are always happy to oblige those with special dietary requirements. It would be helpful if you could advise any special dietary needs prior to your visit.
Our wine cellar is stocked with an excellent range of both new and old world wines at affordable prices.
Pre dinner drinks or after dinner coffee can be served to you in front of a roaring log fire in the comfortable surrounding of our sitting room. Choose from our large selection of malt and blended whiskies. We have one of the largest selection of malt whiskies available in the Highlands - well in excess of 200! We have at least one malt from every producing distillery in Scotland plus many from dormant and closed distilleries.
Breakfast is served in our dining room. Get your day off to a great start with ‘The Royal Breakfast’! Newsflash! In August 2010, our butcher, Fraser Bros in Dingwall won the award for the Best Black Pudding in Scotland!
- Breakfast served in the Dining Room 8am - 9.30am.
If you are leaving before 8am, we can provide a continental breakfast tray in your room subject to prior arrangement.

- 12.00 - 2.30pm (3pm weekends)
- 5.30pm - 8.30pm (9.00pm weekends)
